By accessing or using the Outdished platform, including our website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

About Outdished

Outdished is a dish-first review and reservation platform that helps diners discover specific dishes at restaurants. Users can browse dish reviews, post their own reviews, create collections, and make restaurant reservations through the platform.

Your Account

• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

User Content

When you post reviews, ratings, photos, or other content on Outdished, you:

• •Retain ownership of your content
• •Grant Outdished a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform
• •Confirm that your content is based on genuine personal experiences
• •Agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• •Agree not to post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Review Guidelines

To maintain the quality and trustworthiness of the platform, reviews must:

• •Be based on dishes you have personally tried
• •Focus on the dish itself — taste, texture, presentation, and portion
• •Be respectful and constructive, even when giving negative feedback
• •Not contain personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• •Not be posted in exchange for compensation or incentives from the restaurant

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Reservations

When making reservations through Outdished:

• •Reservation availability is provided by partner restaurants and may change without notice
• •You agree to honor your reservations or cancel them in a timely manner
• •Outdished facilitates the reservation process but is not responsible for the dining experience itself
• •Restaurants may have their own cancellation policies which apply to your booking

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• •Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
• •Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews for any restaurant or dish
• •Impersonate another person or entity
• •Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without permission
• •Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• •Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

Intellectual Property

The Outdished platform, including its design, features, logo, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Outdished and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Outdished is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that reviews are accurate or that restaurant information is up to date. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outdished shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from dining experiences, restaurant reservations, or reliance on user-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
