About
Taquería FRANCO is a small Salcedo Village taquería that crosses Mexican tacos with French cooking. Its buckwheat tortillas carry lamb bourguignon birria, steak frites with béarnaise, hoisin duck confit and pan-seared foie gras, next to raclette-and-bacon quesadillas, octopus tostadas and a churro éclair. The bar pours mezcal and tequila cocktails such as a truffle-honey "Franco 75", plus low-ABV drinks and cold brew. The site lists a 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand.
