Oyster Bay is a seafood restaurant in Mandaue where you pick live crab, lobster, lapu-lapu, saang or sea mantis from the tanks and choose how it is cooked. The menu also has baked oysters and scallops, crablets, guso and lato seaweed salads, Oyster Bay crab and paella, and Filipino-Chinese plates like pata tim and bicol express. Seating runs from an al-fresco, beach-style garden with coconut trees and white sand to a function room. New to the MICHELIN Guide (Selected) in 2027.
