About
Kale Cafe + Restaurant is a small second-floor café on Omega Avenue in Fairview, open since 2018. Its signature banana bread and grilled cheese sit next to salmon donburi, Hainanese fried chicken, Korean pork belly, tinapa aglio olio and sourdough sandwiches, with local-chocolate mochas, Vietnamese coffee and matcha.

Mediterranean Medley Salad
Tomato and cucumber with crispy chickpeas, smoky and spiced eggplant puree, creamy homemade ricotta, and zesty sumac.
French Bistro Salad
Fresh lettuce, olives, pickled and fried onions, and crunchy croutons in a zesty egg & herb dressing.
Maple-Orange Salad
With sweet soy tofu (vegan). Orange Vinaigrette over a medley of greens and veggies, orange bits, maple syrup and tofu with sweet soy glaze.

Torched salmon fillet with ebiko, spring onions, nori flakes and crispy dumpling skin, served with a fresh lemon wedge.
Hainanese Fried Chicken
A crispy twist on the Asian classic: golden fried chicken thigh fillet with pandan rice, pickled cucumber salad and trio of sauces – ginger-scallion, sweet garlic soy, and sesame chili.
Korean Pork Belly
Tender sous-vide pork belly with bulgogi sauce, served with a muchim of leeks, carrots, cabbage, and gochugaru, plus our signature homemade Korean sauce.

Striploin fillet with sautéed baby corn and green beans, butter rice, and our rich butter-kalabasa purée, finished with jus.

Toasted sourdough layered with pan-seared chicken, roasted bell pepper strips, melted mozzarella, and our vibrant homemade pesto.

Mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper, and our homemade roasted tomato purée and homemade fresh pesto, toasted between sourdough.
