About
Habagat is a laid-back, beach-and-outdoors themed café on San Rafael Street in Kapitolyo. By day it pours local coffee (a Sultan Kudarat / Mt. Apo pour-over, pandan and coconut lattes, a calamansi espresso) alongside silog-style rice plates like the "Akkaw!" adobo and a bagoong "Beach Break" fried rice. From evening, the "Sundowners" menu adds rum cocktails and highballs.
