Commune Café + Bar + Roaster
About
Commune is a Poblacion café, bar and roaster built around 100% Philippine coffee, with a community and events space upstairs. The espresso list runs from cortados and flat whites to a Buko Pandan Latte and a Banana Cue Latte, next to 18-hour cold brews and pour-overs of its house blend and single origins. Food is café comfort: beef tapa and tocino breakfasts with fried rice and egg, adobo and kimchi fried-rice bowls, a Commune Club sandwich, aligue pasta, and cakes, cookies and Carmen's Best ice cream.
