Cafe Lupe is an overlooking restaurant and bar on Sumulong Highway in Mambugan, with views over Metro Manila, a family KTV, an infinity pool, a small hotel and event rooms. The kitchen serves Filipino favourites like sisig, crispy pata, bulalo and inihaw plates next to Mexican-style tacos, quesadillas and nachos. It stays open past midnight on weekends and hosts private parties.
