About
1C Coffee is a small, bike-friendly coffee shop on San Francisco Street in Kapitolyo that grew out of a 2018 food stall. Its signatures are the sea salt honey latte and the "Lemonspresso", with pour-overs of local and imported beans and cold-brew drinks like Black Forest. Food is simple and hearty: rice plates such as Tapa Kim (beef tapa with kimchi) and Longga Ka 'Day, bagels and banana bread.
